This is going to be a little experiment for me. I’ve been trying to lose the extra weight I gained during college for the last year. I’ve tried many diets, but just haven’t had the motivation to keep going. It could be the lack of support I get from some of my family members, or just the lack of belief I have in myself, or even a combination of the two. To try and motivate myself to lose some weight I joined a “Biggest Loser” competition with some of my classmates; the hard part is, I still haven’t been able to commit to something.
Hopefully with this I can track my progress, or even make some friends and create a support network to help me stay motivated.
Here’s to hoping this will help me be motivated.
